At JupCakes, your safety is our top priority. All of our cookies are made exclusively with gluten-free ingredients and baked in a dedicated gluten-free facility.
Gluten-Free Assurance
Each batch of cookies is produced with rice flour that has been independently tested to verify gluten levels under 20 ppm, providing peace of mind for individuals with celiac disease. Ingredient testing reports are available upon request at founder@jupcakes.com.
Ingredient Safety
None of our ingredients contain or carry “may contain” statements for gluten. Every supplier is carefully vetted to ensure allergen safety.
Production Standards
Dedicated Gluten-Free Facility
All cookies are produced in a facility dedicated to gluten-free baking.
No Allergens Present During Production
There are no allergens such as wheat, gluten, eggs, nuts, sesame, shellfish, flax, or oats present in the facility during production.
Strict Equipment Protocols
The only equipment that has ever come into contact with allergens (specifically nuts, peanuts, and eggs) is the mixer, which undergoes a double-sanitization process before every production run.
Safe Baking Trays
All trays used for baking are brand new and double-lined, ensuring cookies never come into contact with peanuts, wheat, gluten, eggs, nuts, sesame, shellfish, flax, or oats.
Packaging Safety
Cookies are transferred directly from tray to package, with no outside handling, ensuring the highest standard of allergen control.
